Hi! I’m Danielle, Your Coach, Mentor, and Business Bestie
My life’s mission is to support women's empowerment, advancement, and leadership because I know this is the key to a better and more prosperous world.
The data says it all: when women lead, economies improve, social issues decrease, and the world becomes a safer, more equitable, and abundant place. Women reinvest up to 90% of their earnings to improve the lives of their families, communities, and societies, and organizations with female leaders are more likely to reach their financial performance goals. Unfortunately, women remain the most under-tapped resources, and female leaders are still too few and far between. I’m committed to changing that.
As a leadership coach and nonprofit consultant, I’m fiercely committed to mentoring mission-driven women like you to get clear on your life’s mission, step into your empowered leadership, and Launch & Lead your change-making project.
I bring my expertise from my lived experiences of co-founding an international non-profit, fundraising over 2 million dollars for social impact initiatives, and countless years of supporting the design, launch and ongoing growth of social impact projects, organizations, and businesses worldwide. This program is for a ‘social impact project,’ which I define as any company/program/offering aiming to bring positive change to the lives of others and the world (regardless of whether it’s a for-profit initiative or not). Launch & Lead supports a wide range of social impact projects, including, but not limited to, non-profits, foundations, social businesses, churches, b-corps, social brands, charitable foundations and other projects led by mission-driven women leaders.

*I fiercely denounce the concept that gender is binary and stagnant. When I say “women,” this includes anyone who identifies as a woman, regardless of their sex or AGAB.

This isn’t a business coaching program per se. I don’t identify as a “business coach,” as most clients I work with identify as non-profit leaders, social start-up creators, and global entrepreneurs. Our primary focus is making an impact.
A significant difference between Launch & Lead and many other coaching programs is that Launch & Lead is hands-on and ‘in real-time.’ We don’t just talk in hypotheticals; we’re planning, changing, and finalizing your dream project plans.
